Submit an event brief
You are ready to describe your event to a project lead, even if much is still undecided.
Optional: send a short event brief
Every field can stay as Not decided. You review the full message before WhatsApp opens.

Hi, I'd like to discuss professional-event planning support. Help needed: Not decided Event type: Not decided Event area: Not decided Date: Not decided Approx. attendees: Not decided Reference: EV-0025 / en Page: https://eventconsultant.com.my/en/contact/
The short answer
WhatsApp is the only contact channel. The brief composer on this page opens a WhatsApp draft that you can read, edit and choose to send. Nothing is submitted to this website.
A brief does not need to be complete. Every field can be answered with not decided, and a partial brief is enough for a first fit check.
What to include
- What the event is for: audience, purpose and format.
- Where and when, or not decided.
- Expected number of delegates, as a range, or not known.
- What is already settled: venue, date, suppliers, speakers.
- What is open, and who decides.
- Which kind of help you are considering: a written plan, a project lead, temporary capacity inside your team, or a review of where you are. Not sure is a valid answer.
Why not decided is a good answer
A project lead works with open questions as a matter of routine. Saying which items are open and who owns them is more useful than guessing a date or a number.
If you want help writing the brief, the event brief builder turns your answers into an editable brief in your browser.
What stays out of the message
- Attendee lists, delegate names or personal details.
- Confidential contracts and signed agreements.
- Passwords, payment details or identity numbers.
What happens after you send it
The message arrives in WhatsApp as an ordinary chat message. A reply usually needs a little more from you: the decision owner, the decisions still open and any dates your committee has fixed.
No response time is promised. If your brief is outside the coverage area, see coverage and on-site arrangements. If your question is about fees, see fees and quotations.
How your information is used
The composer builds its draft in your browser. WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta, and the message is sent only if you press send in WhatsApp. Details are in the privacy notice.
Worked example · Fictional example
A fictional brief with open items
Fictional organisation and figures, for illustration only.
The secretary of a fictional dental education society writes: one-day continuing-education conference, venue not decided, date not decided, around 150 to 250 delegates, programme committee decides the theme, help considered: written plan.
A reply to this brief would likely ask who approves the venue shortlist, whether a date window exists and what the committee wants from the first plan.

Handle it in-house, or bring in help?
Your team can usually handle this when
- You only want a template or a checklist: use the tools and the library, no message needed.
- Your team already holds a complete plan and only needs to execute it.
- You are not ready to describe the event yet.
Outside planning help earns its fee when
- Decisions are open and nobody owns them.
- You want a written scope and quotation for your finance team.
- You want a fit check before committing to a level of support.
Ready to describe your event?
Use the composer on this page to open a WhatsApp draft. A project lead can read the brief, run a fit check and reply with what is needed to write a scope. Nothing is stored on this website, and you decide whether to send.
Questions organisers ask

No. The draft is built in your browser and opens in WhatsApp. Nothing is submitted to the website.
Can I contact by email or phone?
WhatsApp is the only contact channel.
What if I do not know the date or headcount?
Write not decided or not known. A partial brief is enough to start.
